This 4-session program will help managers with PHR designation, presidents, owners, labor management and payroll personnel, other HR professionals, and anyone who has contact with employee matters refresh their knowledge, fill in knowledge gaps and gain a firm grasp of selected topics.  Attending all 4 session will earn an EA Certificate for your portfolio which will help you earn recognition for staying current and knowledgeable about employment law and it’s application in the workplace.  You may, however, enroll for all or part of the series.

Your Instructor:

Tom Dixon, Esq., practices in the area of management labor and employment law.  His practice covers employment issues including counseling on employment policies and handbooks, representation in administrative proceedings, defending discrimination claims, and providing guidance on ADA, FMLA, drug testing, sexual harassment, wage‑hour matters, and a variety of other issues.
