About this Program:
In our ever-hectic work lives, the ability to juggle priorities, be ready for action, and stay focused, all while maintaining a positive attitude can be extremely challenging for all employees. In-Depth Work on Essential Skills

Participants will learn how to reprogram their less than effective patterns and refocus their actions, thinking, and feeling in more beneficial ways. |

Ms. Shulman is the owner of a management consulting firm specializing in human resource issues. Karen has several years of corporate work experience in finance and Human Resources. She has a Masters in Organization Development and a Bachelors in Business Administration. Karen’s consulting covers a wide range of topics including
Customized Training, Behavioral Interviewing, Compensation, Coaching, and Wellness. In addition to consulting, Karen is a Licensed Massage Therapist.
