About this Program:
Recent revisions to FMLA laws and court interpretations have made this area of the law even more complex. This webinar will provide practical advice for employers who attempt to manage leaves, comply with the law, and avoid litigation. Participants will consider common problems facing employers, necessary policy revisions, and practical ways to ensure compliance. The program will also address effective tools for supervisors to handle the day-to-day issues that arise, and methods for avoiding retaliation claims. This presentation will include a focus on implementation of the new regulations, with an emphasis on practical advice that can be used in the workplace. |
