How You Will Benefit:

“The essence of continuous improvement is identification and elimination of waste through employee development.”

Lean Systems Inc. is a team of continuous improvement experts that teach leadership, systems, and transformation as well as assist in assessment and implementation of cultural transformation.  Unlike benchmarking Lean does NOT dictate a result, it obsesses over the process.  Our experts will create standards and recognize abnormalities to problem solve within the system.  Lean Systems evaluates all components by mapping the overall “value stream” to show relationships and aligns them so that they are in harmony with one another, thus maximizing “The System.”  People must all learn to see and become the process together.

In This Program You Will Learn:

  • The History of Continuous Improvement
  • The role of Henry Ford, Taiichi Ohno, Shingo, and W. Edwards Deming
  • Craft, Mass and Lean Production
  • 5s and Standard Work
  • Muda (8 Wastes)
  • SMED
  • Sociology and the Culture of Improvement
  • Systems Thinking
  • Shared Vision
  • Core Values
  • Key Measurables
  • Implementation
  • Assessment Survey
  • Goal Setting
  • SWOT Analysis
