 Jean works as an independent consultant and concentrates her work in expert solutions to Affirmative Action, EEO and Human Resource issues.  She has over twenty-five years of professional and managerial experience in human resources, covering both union and non-union environments.  Prior to owning her own business, Jean worked for a Wisconsin-based Employers’ Association working extensively in employment compliance matters and outplacement.
