EA Health Plus Service Level Options
EA Health Plus offers three service level options to EA members. No matter which option you choose, EA Health Plus goes above and beyond other wellness programs by offering comprehensive wellness reporting, health and wellness surveys, and an annual wellness conference. In addition, each of the three service level options offered by EA Health Plus includes the services of a Wellness Coordinator will work with you to identify the primary services available and help initiate workplace wellness initiatives.
EA Health Plus Incentive is designed for EA members who choose to become fully engaged in workplace wellness and are ready for a comprehensive, all-inclusive wellness program for their employees. A Wellness Coordinator will work with you to schedule, coordinate and access each of the program elements and help to monitor progress. Employers who participate in the EA Health Plus Incentive option have the potential to access additional benefits such as future rate reductions for program compliance and gift card options.
EA Health Plus Essential and EA Health Plus Impact are designed for EA members who are interested in getting a wellness program started, but are not ready to implement a full-blown workplace wellness program.
