Cheryl and Andy Riggs!

It is with great excitement (and permission) that we announce that Cheryl and Andy Riggs recently adopted a newborn son. This blessing was long-awaited and we hope all EA members will join us in congratulating them.

Cheryl will be working very part-time and primarily from home through the summer.

It is also with great excitement that I am able to announce that Bob Bethel will be joining the EA Team on a full-time basis effective July 1, 2013. Bob has spent most of his career in Human Resource Management, most recently as HR Director for Bittersweet Farms. He has worked for The Andersons, SE Johnson and Mercy Health Systems.

As an associate on the EA Team, Bob will be giving oversight to HR Member Services as well as expanding current HR Consulting and Training services available to members. A partial list of services Bob is able to provide includes: HR Audits, Handbook Development, Compliance Training (ADA, FMLA), Positive Employee Relations, Compensation Services, Job Analysis and Job Description Development, Recruitment, and Employee Opinion and Engagement Surveys.
