Miscellaneous Surveys
2010-2011 Snow Survey Results - This survey contains information regarding level 1, 2, and 3 snow emergencies and how absences are handled. The snow survey is done every other year.
A total of 185 EA companies participated in our 2010-2011 Snow Survey. Out of the total responses 48% are Manufacturing, 10% are Health Care, 11% are Service, 4% are Financial, 3% are Government, 4% are Professional, and 21% are Other.

HR Metrics Survey
For those looking to measure their company benefits and practices and gauge their effectiveness, The Employers’ Association, in collaboration with other employer association groups, has launched its 2009 HR Metric Survey. The survey calculates 12 key metrics that helps you link HR activities more directly to business Return On Investment (ROI), thus enhancing the impact of HR.
We all know that numbers speak louder than words. Quantifying the impact of HR activities on the bottom line is the language of business and calculating and sharing HR metrics aligned with your organization’s key measures can add significant value. The results from this survey will enable your company to benchmark key HR metrics with national data.
