National Wages and Salaries
2008 National Wage & Salary Survey -We
have cooperated with other associations across the country to bring an
essential tool to those employers with multiple locations. The 2008 National
Wage & Salary Survey provides you with accurate market rates in different
regions of the country that will assist you with operations in multiple
regions, national recruiting, adjusting pay rates for relocated employees, and
targeting localities for future business. Job descriptions and pay data
are included alphabetically by state for more than 92 benchmark positions in
non-exempt office & clerical positions, exempt supervisory &
professional positions, and non-exempt production, maintenance & service
positions .
2007-2008 National Wage and Salary Adjustment Survey -
This report is based on data received from over 4,157 member companies at EA's
across the US. The firms represent a geographic and industrial cross section of
the United States, approximately 55% were non-manufacturing and 45% were
manufacturing. This survey covers adjustments which were given between 7/1/06
and 6/30/07 and projected adjustments for 7/1/07 to 6/30/08. Bonuses including
lump sum and ratification bonuses were not included in the tabulations.
